Emily in Paris is reportedly returning to Netflix later this year
The cast of Emily in Paris has finally reunited as they prepare to start filming the fourth season.
Lily Collins posted an update ahead of filming and confirmed that the fourth season is about to start filming.
She confirmed the cast is finally back together and they’re back in the city of love.
Collins posted a selfie of her holding up her script at a recent table read and the look on her face says it all.
The actress is overjoyed to be back with her Emily in Paris family after they faced multiple delays due to both the writers’ and actors’ strikes.
Alongside the photo, the actress said: “Did someone say Saison Quatre?! Finally reunited with my Emily in Paris fam back in Paris and it feels so good.”
She quipped: “Although, I may need to brush up on my selfie skills for Emily’s sake…”
Netflix hasn’t revealed too much about the upcoming season, but there has been quite an exciting twist already.
Netflix revealed that part of the fourth season will take part in Italy.
Lead actress, Lily Collins told Tudum that the drama will continue into season four.
She teased: “We are getting ready for season four of Emily In Paris and are so excited to see what’s next for Emily.
“It’s safe to say we ended on a dramatic note last season and surprise it does not end there.” “While Emily’s heart will always remain true to Paris, her life takes some unexpected twists this season,” she added.
Season four of Emily in Paris will have even more drama
We’re eager to know what happens between Gabriel and Emily this season after that season three bombshell.
We’re also curious to see where Emily’s career will go as she continues to tackle her future. Will she stay in Paris? Will she follow Alfie back to London? Will she return home to the USA? Who knows.
We’ll just have to be patient and wait for season four to land on Netflix later this year.
The streaming service has not yet confirmed a release date for the fourth installment but insiders believe it will likely be released towards the end of 2024.
