Lindsay Lohan has been accused of using Photoshop to touch up one of her recent Instagram snaps.
The actress posted a picture of herself in Calvin Klein underwear yesterday. She captioned it: “#mycalvins are helping me fight off my chikungunya hehe”.
However a number of her followers suggested that the image has been altered, drawing attention to the distorted bottles in the background.

Lilo was hospitalised earlier this week after contracting Chikungunya, a virus spread by mosquitoes, last month.
