Alexander Wang has quit his position as creative director of Balenciaga.
Women’s Wear Daily reported the news this morning and already, rumours are swirling about who will replace him at the helm of the iconic brand.
It’s believed that his spring summer 2016 line, which will be shown in September, is his last collection.

Although Balenciaga has not yet commented on the reasons for this decision, reports say that Wang’s busy schedule is to blame.
He is soon due to open his own flagship store in London and also has a number of global projects planned.
