Kit Dale designed a t-shirt for his daughter to wear, and posted the efforts to Reddit over the weekend.

The World Pro Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu champion had a photo of him flexing his muscles plastered onto a t-shirt, with a clear message:

‘Stay clear boys, this is my dad!’
