Another bank holiday weekend during lockdown.
They have never flown in so quickly! The weather is looking gorgeous and the plan is to relax in the garden for the weekend with your family and eat delicious food.
Dinner packages have been filling up Instagram feeds for the last few weeks proving that everyone can be an at home chef. Who knew?!
I’ve tried making some of the delicious dishes on offer and they’ve all turned out perfect, but the thing I’m yet to try is cocktail at home.
Thankfully, a few Dublin bars will be delivering cocktails across the city for the bank holiday weekend. Less G&Ts and more impressive mixed drinks that you can enjoy at home, please.
Also, it’s a great way to support local bars that you used to frequent – as long as you drink responsibly, of course.
Here’s a list of a few bars offering take out and delivery cocktails this weekend.
Anti social
This bar is relatively new to the scene, having only opened a few months before lockdown.
They started offering a delivery cocktail service a few weeks ago and this weekend they have the infamous ‘White Claw’ seltzer drink that everyone has been posting about on Instagram.
They’re also available to order on Just Eat too. Divine.
Catch Events
These guys were one of the first places to start offering delivery cocktails at home and they continue to pop up on almost everyone’s Instagram,
They switch up their offering most weeks and this weekend you would want to get your order in soon for some at home cocktail fun!

Deveneys Dundrum
These guys promise to deliver fresh, cold cocktails right to your door.
They teamed up with The Juicery Dublin to offer fresh juice along with their alcohol pairings. So if you decide last minute that you might want a refreshing cocktail – and you’re not too far from Dundrum – then have at look below.
Krewe
This bar is another one that was recently opened not too long before the lockdown and before it shut, I don’t think I ever saw this place empty.
They have started to offer cocktails as well as their at home food deliveries, and they seem to be going down a treat. So if you’re in the mood for hot wings and an old fashioned, then this is the place.
Fourth Corner
This bar only opened in the last year but soon became a local favourite for Dublin 8 neighbours. They have some delicious looking cocktails on the menu, and burgers too, which are also a great shout.
