Oh yeah, come to mama.
It’s been a long week and it’s not over yet; how about a pan of homemade fudge to ease the slide into the weekend?
This recipe takes five minutes and requires only a few basic ingredients. The hardest part is trying not to devour the lot in front of the telly.
Here’s a basic recipe. Once you get the hang of it, we highly recommend getting creative with additions such as dark chocolate chips, Nutella, nuts and dried banana.
Ingredients
- 1 cup of crunchy peanut butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 TBSP honey
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 cup icing sugar, optional
Here’s how:
Put all ingredients in a mixing bowl and combine.
Pour the mixture into a lightly oiled 5″ x 7″ pan
Freeze for three hours, then slice into 24 cubes.
Store in the freezer.
