Planning on heading to Croker this weekend?
We were over the moon when it was announced that Westlife would be reuniting – and even moreso when they announced they were heading back on tour.
Tickets for the original Croke Park dates were snapped up super quickly when they went on sale last October – and, again, when extra tickets were released back in February.
But after what feels like forever, Westlife’s two Croke Park gigs are just around the corner.
This Friday and Saturday, to be exact..
If you’re planning on heading along to either of the gigs this weekend, here’s everything you need to know about getting to Croke Park.
Driving
While fans are encouraged to “walk, bike, or use public transportation to the show”, those are planning on driving have been advised that “traffic and parking delays are inevitable.”
“Allow at least an extra 2 hours travel time to and from the venue,” promoters have suggested.
Dublin Bus
Services serving Croke Park (1, 13, 16, 33, 40/B/D, 41/A/B/C, 44) operating as normal, with complete NiteLink services operating both nights also.
Luas
Extra services on both red and green lines both nights.
Irish Rail
Extra trains will be provided on Friday July 5 and Saturday July 6.
