She really opened up.
The beautiful Ayda Field, who has been married to Robbie Williams since 2010, has opened up about her young son’s health issues.
Last week, Ayda and her husband attended the Pride of Britain Awards, where they presented little Ella Chadwick with the Child of Courage award.
The lovely Ella received this award because of her brave battle with a rare kidney disease.
While on stage presenting, Ayda opened up about her own son’s health issues for the first time.
“My son’s had health problems. Nothing as serious as Ella’s, but when your child is ill you feel so vulnerable, so powerless. Nothing else in the world matters until they’re well again.”
Ayda continued: “So I really felt Ella’s mum’s worry and pain. To see Ella so strong, sweet, selfless and cheeky, is so uplifting.”
Robbie Williams and Ayda Field have always been very private about their family life.
However, they shared a glimpse into their life earlier this year, when they announced that they had welcomed a third child.
Ayda shared a sweet picture on Instagram, saying:
“So we have been keeping a very special secret! We are delighted to share with you that we have had a baby girl….welcome to the world Colette (Coco) Josephine Williams!! It has been a very long and difficult path to get here, which is why we have kept it on the down low.”
“Family comes in all forms, and this little lady, who is biologically ours, was carried by an incredible surrogate mother, to whom we will be eternally grateful. We are over the moon to have this beautiful baby girl in our lives and so blessed that we live in a world which makes this possible. ”
“As with Teddy and Charlie, we ask that you respect Coco’s privacy and allow us to grow into our new team of 5!”
