Rihanna has been named as Spotify’s most popular female artist of all time for the third year in a row.
The hit singer was revealed as the most popular female artist in the history of the site as she is the most-streamed female singer.
The list, which was released to mark International Women’s Day at the weekend, saw Katy Perry come in a close second place, followed by Beyoncé, Lana Del Ray and Lady Gaga.
In a separate list, which ranked the artists in accordance to female listeners, it was Beyoncé who bagged the number one spot, followed by Katy Perry and Lana Del Ray with Rihanna in fourth spot.
