It does seem to be the time of reunions.
Destiny’s Child was, and will probably be, the best American girl band of our generation.
Probably a very sweeping statement but they were the backing track to most of our teen years and catapulted Beyoncé to fame. If that’s not enough of a reason to love them then I don’t know what is.
Earlier this year we were treated to girl band Fifth Harmony doing a megamix of Destiny’s Child bangers and they did NOT disappoint.
Despite many bands and singers giving us incredible covers of the band’s numerous hits, nothing has beaten the original songs by Kelly, Michelle and Beyoncé.
While we all hope for a reunion of the iconic trio every day, it seems the band regrouping is even more possible all because of a certain Instagram account.
A new verified Instagram has popped up, sharing pictures of the trio during their long, successful career and this has led people to believe that they are coming back.
It’s said the group are gearing up for a reunion in 2017 to celebrate their 20th anniversary, and let’s face it, why would a band with no hopes of reuniting start a new Instagram?
Fans took to Twitter to express their excitement at the reported reunion of the band.
