Emmerdale fans were left stunned when they found out that Emily Head – the actress who plays Rebecca White – has a very, very famous dad.
The 29-year-old recently shared a photo of herself with her dad, Buffy The Vampire Slayer’s Anthony Head, backstage at London’s O2.
The photograph was taken backstage at the venue, where Anthony has been one of the stars of The Muppets Take The O2.
She captioned the picture:
“When your dad is as cool as mine is, you get to do some pretty cool things. Like meeting The Muppets.
“And watching your dad perform with them live at The O2. 8-year-old me would be so jealous.”

Fans took to social media to share their disbelief over the discovery – and to praise her dad for his role in the popular series.
And, based off a glance at the reactions in on social media, it looks like this fact has had Emmerdale and Buffy fans fairly shook for a while.

Anthony Head starred as Rupert Giles in Joss Whedon’s Buffy the Vampire Slayer from 1997 until 2003.
He also had roles in Merlin, Little Britain, as well as Cabin Pressure.
Emily, meanwhile, joined Emmerdale as Rebecca White in 2016.
