Love Island’s Connor and Sophie’s relationship ‘on the rocks’

Keeley Ryan

They were one of the first couples of Love Island 2020.

However, Connor Durman and Sophie Piper’s relationship is reportedly on the rocks as the pair are said to have”found it hard” to bring their relationship from the villa to the real world.

“Connor and Sophie spent the night together at a hotel in London on Monday where they discussed the future of their relationship,” an insider told The Sun

“They’ve both found it hard since coming out of the villa and are keen to keep things private while they figure out what direction things are going in. Connor has been finding the fame game difficult and is now planning to turn his back on it and throw himself into his coffee business.”

After becoming one of the earliest couples in the winter Love Island, Connor and Sophie were separated on Day 15 when the Islanders voted to save her over him.

Sophie ended up leaving the villa at the same time as Wallace, just before Casa Amor began.

Earlier this month, Connor told the publication that things were going well between him and Sophie – and that he could even see them moving in together down the line.

“The way things are going I think it could get serious. We’re not jumping ahead and just seeing how things are going, but it’s all positive,” he said to The Sun.

“In the future we definitely would live together, but we’ve not spoken about it because we’ve only been out of the villa a month or so.”
