I’m a Celeb viewers complain about severe lack of James McVey airtime

Jade Hayden

James, who?

Just kidding.

Everybody knows that James McVey is the lead guitarist of British pop band, The Vamps.

But does everybody know that he’s also appearing in this year’s series of I’m A Celebrity, Get Me Out Of Here! because honestly, nah, we didn’t.

The jungle has a lot of large-ish characters wandering around it this year.

Everyone from Anne Hegerty to Noel Edmonds to Fleur from that one season of X Factor have been living it up in the Aussie jungle for the past week or so.

With them has been James McVey but, for some reason, the musician hasn’t been featured half as much as his arguably more famous counterparts.

Is it because he hasn’t been pulling his weight in the jungle? Hardly.

Or perhaps it’s because he hasn’t done any trials yet? Incorrect.

Maybe it’s due to his lack of personality or any discernible likeable qualities? Nah, he’s got those.

Whatever could it be then?

Well, it’s probably because a lot of the British public probably don’t really know who he is. Shame.

Still though, that hasn’t stopped McVey’s fans from complaining about the severe lack of airtime their boy has been getting on the show so far.

They’re so desperate for him to woo the public, they’ve even launched online campaigns to ensure James does as many trials as possible, so the show will have to focus on him for a bit.

Fair enough, like.
