People are angry that he’s cashed in on the tragedy.

The man found not guilty of murdering a Tinder date has given an exclusive interview to Australia’s 60 Minutes.

Gable Tostee was also acquitted of the manslaughter of 26-year-old Warriena Wright last month.

It has now been reported that Tostee was paid a 6 figure sum to appear on the TV show to speak about the incident, according to the Telegraph.

Channel 9 reportedly won a bidding war against Channel 7’s Sunday Night program, their rival channel.

A clip of the show, due to air on November 13th, was previewed on Twitter.

On the night of Wright’s death, Tostee recorded hours of audio in which Wright can be heard screaming.

In the clip, the audio is played and Tostee is asked about it by the presenter.

Many Twitter users took issue with the interview, claiming that it is insensitive and that it would negatively affect Wright’s family.
