Meghan Trainor has announced that she will have to cancel the remaining dates of her US tour due to vocal chord surgery.
The All About That Bass singer took to Instagram to break the unfortunate news to her fans.
The singer has suffered from a vocal hemorrhage.
She wrote: “To all my fans – I was being careful and taking precautions, but I have hemorrhaged my vocal chord again.
“I got bronchitis & have been coughing a lot & that pushed it over the edge.
“Sadly, I will need to cancel the remainder of my tour and get surgery to finally fix this once and for all. I am devastated, scared, and so sorry”.
This is not the first time the 21-year-old’s MTrain has been disrupted due to vocal problems.
She has been forced to cancel three of her concerts this summer, including a performance at the Erie County Fair in Hamburg, N.Y.
The tour kicked off in July and was due to run until September.
