Moschino’s new collection has been pulled from some stores after they recieved complaints that the clothing brand was ‘glamorizing drug use’.
The collection which consists bags and clothes carry a ‘drug’ theme. Some are in the shape of pill packets, others are prescription bottles and some have a colourful pill designs on them.
After people began to complain, a major department store in the States, Nordstrom, decided to take the collection off their shelves and removed it from their online store.
Nordstrom released a statement, to WWD, saying,”We appreciate all the constructive feedback we received from concerned customers and ultimately decided to remove the collection from our site and the three stores where we offered it.”
Moschino has yet to pull the collection from general sale.
