So Cardiff is now in Ireland…
Or at least that’s according to one lad from London this week who was planning on surprising his girlfriend with tickets to One Direction.
That would have been a lovely surprise except for the fact that the concert is in Cardiff, Wales and he bought her flights to Ireland.
Emily was more than a bit surprised… not at the gift, but at the fact that his geography was so confused.
“Jake tried to surprise me with One Direction tickets for Cardiff,” she explained. “But he booked flights to Ireland because he though Cardiff was in Ireland.”
The red-faced lad has had to buy train tickets for the couple instead.
