Lily O’Brien's Mint Chocolate and Basil Chocolatini The much-loved Irish brand recently launched seven new bars, along with a delicious recipe for a mint and basil chocolatini. To make one you'll need:

• 40ml vodka
• 
20ml espresso
• 20ml Lily O’Brien’s mint and basil chocolate, melted
• 
10g chocolate, for garnish
• ice cubes

Method:

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Pour in the vodka, espresso and melted Lily O’Brien’s mint and basil chocolate into the shaker.
3. Cover and shake well.
4. Strain into a chilled glass and garnish with grated chocolate.
5. Enjoy!

• 25 oz Smirnoff No. 21 Vodka
• 25 oz Godiva Chocolate

Method:

• Combine Baileys, vodka, chocolate liquer and ice in a shaker
• Strain into a martini glass
• Enjoy!
