Finding a message in a bottle is a pretty unique experience. Discovering it as a tribute to a life that’s since passed makes it pretty incredible.
The letter they found was just 11 days old… and carried a pretty special message.
The bottle was posted off the Californian shore…
And the finders weren’t expecting the message they were about to unravel…
Respecting Melvin, and his family’s wishes, they re-sealed the bottle.
And then he was gone…
