Tayto Cheese and Onion… one of the most versatile food groups there is.
It works in sandwiches, on lasagna, and is of course marvelous with chocolate.
Now, one Dublin bakery is testing this theory to the max and has created Tayto Cheese and Onion Chocolate Chip Cookiesm, an endeavour we are very much on board with.
Reminiscent of the controversial Tayto chocolate bars.
The Cupcake Bloke on Dublin’s Coppinger Row took to Facebook today to advertise the cookies, which are apparently proving very popular.
Our bros at JOE.ie spotted the Facebook post which reads: “Is it Friday?!?!? Already? It’s a wee bit chilly but we’re here on Coppinger Row and all set with a range of treats to get you through the day – or the weekend?
“Our Mr. Tayto Cheese & Onion and Chocolate Chip Cookies are proving really popular, to be tasted to be believed!”
We have to admit, we are very intrigued and may have to do some serious investigative journalism on this one.
