Last year, the folks over at HB teamed up with Insomnia to create one of the most glorious drinks we’ve ever tasted – the Brunch Icecap.
Yes, taking one of our favourite HB ice creams and using it as the base for a refreshing drink, the coffee chain brought joy into our lives every time we ordered one.
Well, if you felt the same level of bliss when you tasted the drink, you’ll be delighted to know that they’re coming back for another year.
For those of you who have yet to experience the heavenly drink, you can look forward to a smooth vanilla and strawberry blended frappe topped with a sprinkling of Brunch crumbly biscuits.
Delish, right?
And the best news is, they’re in store right now.
Yep, the Icecap has just been readded to the Insomnia menu today and retails for €4.20.
But the Brunch Icecap won’t be the only one on the menu, it’ll also include an Oreo Icecap, Salted Caramel Latte Icecap and a Mango and Cream Icecap.
