Another week, another time to put your magical knowledge to the test.
Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince had a whole lot going on.
Scarred by his experience at the Ministry of Magic with Voldemort, Harry is reluctant to return to Hogwarts. Dumbledore encourages him to continue, after taking him to see a former professor, Horace Slughorn, hoping that Slughorn would return to Hogwarts and take Harry under his wing.
Meanwhile, Death Eaters begin to wreak havoc both towards Muggles, destroying the Millennium Bridge, and Wizards, kidnapping the wandmaker Mr. Ollivander and destroying his Diagon Alley shop.
Back at Hogwarts, the school is under tight security to prevent the Death Eaters from entering the school – and Harry begins to take private lessons with Professor Dumbledore to find out more about Lord Voldemort’s dark past, and to try and find out what may be his only weakness.
He also uncovers an old text book marked as ‘the property of the Half-Blood Prince’ – which not only lets him excel at Potions, while picking up a few dark and dangerous ones along the way.
Of course, we haven’t included the biggest moments – because where would be the fun in that?
After putting your knowledge of the first book, the second book, the third book, fourth book, and fifth book to the test, we figured it was time to move on to the Half-Blood Prince.
17 questions, 17 chances to put your knowledge of the world of witchcraft and wizardry to the test – and no using time turners.
Good luck!
