Cast and crew of Coronation Street were left in shock once again this week following the news that crew member Mike Curtis had died.
The 32-year-old passed away just days after TV legend Anne Kirkbride lost her battle with cancer.
The cast and crew are said to be “stunned” by his death.
“He has worked behind the scenes on the show for 10 years and was close to many of the cast,” a source told the Daily Star.
“He was always laughing and joking. His death has left everyone stunned… Behind the scenes it’s as tough a time as anyone can remember.
“It’s a terrible time for everyone on the show.”
