Yes hun.

So we all know that Meghan Markle has been getting a pretty hard time of it lately.

The public and press have kind of been coming for her with regards to being hypocritical.

The Duchess has been getting significant criticism for her use of private jets this summer.

This is because she and Prince Harry are advocates for the environment, so people are less than impressed.

I see the point, but I suppose we all still have a responsibility not to be cruel to people.

And some of the things people are saying about Meghan are indeed cruel.

One person who has gone public regarding the treatment of Meghan is, randomly, Pink.

Yep, the musician has come to the defence of the Duchess of Sussex on Twitter this evening.

“I’m happy to see people coming to the defence of The Duke and Duchess of Sussex,” Pink tweeted.

“The way people treat her is the most public form of bullying I have seen in a while. It’s out of control.”

“Let’s all be a bit kinder, huh? Let’s show our children that it’s cool to be kind.”

She’s right you know.

Sir Elton John also came to Meghan and Harry’s defence, with a lengthy Instagram post yesterday.

“I am deeply distressed by today’s distorted and malicious account in the press surrounding the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s private stay at my home in Nice last week,” he wrote.

“Prince Harry’s mother Diana Princess of Wales was one of my dearest friends. I feel a profound sense of obligation to protect Harry and his family from the unnecessary press intrusion that contributed to Diana’s untimely death.”

“I highly respect and applaud both Harry and Meghan’s commitment to charity and I’m calling on the press to cease these relentless and untrue assassinations on their character that are spuriously crafted on an almost daily basis,” the singer added.
