Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have landed the roles of executive producers for two non-fiction Netflix shows, according to the streaming giant.

One series will centre around “the joys of cooking, gardening, entertaining and friendship”.

According to Forbes, this series will be ‘curated’ by Markle. This will coincide with her recent career segue into launching a lifestyle brand called American Riviera Orchard.

Meanwhile, the other will allow “unprecedented access to the world of professional polo”, a sport played by Prince Harry for most of his life.

This series will “pull the curtain back on the grit and passion of the sport,” according to Netflix.

Both of these upcoming series will be produced by their company, Archewell Productions.

Presently, the series’ titles and release dates are unknown but are due to be revealed in the coming months.

This comes after the couple starred in Harry & Meghan, a Netflix docuseries in 2022 which explored their relationship and the challenges and controversies that led to them stepping back from the royal family.

In 2020, it was reported that Prince Harry and Meghan partnered up with the streaming platform to exclusively create viewing content such as docuseries, feature films and children’s programming for Netflix, according to Forbes.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have also put their names to and presented Live To Lead, which explored the world leaders committed to making a difference, and Heart of Invictus, which centred around a global sporting event founded by Prince Harry to help wounded service members heal through sports.
