Kendall and Kylie Jenner Facing Lawsuit Over T-Shirt Slogan

The lawsuit concerns a slogan on a t-shirt

Kendall and Kylie Jenner might have the world at their perfectly pedicured feet and more money than anyone is likely to need in their entire lives but they are also reportedly facing a lawsuit.

According to ‘Page Six’ of the New York Post, Island Company have filed a lawsuit against the duo and are claiming that they “stole” their trademarked logo for an item in their fashion collection with PacSun.

Island Company’s slogan apparently reads: “Quit your job. Buy a ticket. Get a tan. Fall in love. Never return.”

On one of the sisters’ t-shirt designs is a line that reads: “Run away. Fall in love. Never Return.”

Kendall and Kylie have their own fashion line.

In the legal papers, Island Company claims that the similarity is “likely to cause confusion, mistake and deception among consumers.”

The clothing brand apparently wants Kendall and Kylie to remove the motto from said t-shirts (which will no doubt sell out now).

As well as their collaboration with PacSun, the reality stars have also worked with Topshop and we doubt this latest bump will stop their plans for further expansion.
