Brian Dowling and Arthur Gourounlian announce the birth of their second daughter

Brian Dowling and Arthur Gourounlian's family just got bigger

The dads shared their joyous news on Instagram this morning. In a selfie taken in the National Maternity Hospital, Brian and Arthur look happier than ever as they cradle their newborn daughter.

Alongside the adorable photo, Brian and Arthur confirmed the name of their baby girl.

"Please be upstanding for the arrival of our BEAUTIFUL DAUGHTER, Blu Amar Rose Dowling Gourounlian," they shared.

Brian and Arthur confirmed that their daughter was born on June 23rd, weighing 6lb 2ozs.

The TV presenter said they're completely besotted and "can’t believe we now have two little beauties to keep us on our toes".

Brian also took time to praise his sister Aoife who was their surrogate for the second time. He said he will always be grateful because she made their dreams come true.

"You are a SUPERSTAR & we are, as always, FOREVER GRATEFUL.

"You stayed so calm, considering it wasn’t exactly the birth plan we had initially hoped for. Baby Blu was adamant to arrive on Sunday, the 23rd of June & nothing or no one was going to stop her."

Brian and Arthur are already parents to daughter Blake, who will undoubtedly be an incredible big sister.

We couldn't be happier for Brian, Arthur and their beautiful family.
