Joe Swash and Stacey Solomon both agreed that they’re open to fostering a child.
Stacey Solomon and Joe Swash have been hit with rumours they’re expecting their sixth child, but the mum has stressed that she is not planning on getting pregnant anytime soon. However, former actor Joe Swash has hinted that they’d still love to have more children.
Speaking on the Netmums podcast, Swash revealed that they would “love to foster” a child one day.
He explained that both he and Stacey are open to the idea of fostering a child but only when the time is right. They would consider it when their younger children are less reliant on them.
Joe confirmed that “it’s definitely something we want to do” but they will wait until “the right time comes”.
The dad also stressed that they’re not planning on having another baby: “This is it, I’m pretty sure that this is it, we can’t go there again which is really sad.”
Swash has three children with Stacey Solomon, daughters Belle and Rose and son Rex. Stacey is also a mum to two sons- Leighton and Zachary and Joe shares son Harry with his ex-partner.
The dad said he loves his blended family and “never makes a distinction between my kids and Stacey’s kids”.
“We all love each other exactly the same,” the dad shared.
Stacey Solomon and Joe Swash tied the knot in July 2022, but have been together since 2015.
