Hilary Duff has reportedly filed for divorce from her estranged husband Mike Comrie.
According to reports, the singer has filed divorce papers just over a year after the couple separated in January 2014.
According to TMZ, Duff cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the split.
It has also been reported that she is seeking primary custody of the couple’s three-year-old son Luca Cruz Comrie.
The couple married in August 2010 and announced their “amicable separation” last year.
“Mike and I are sitting here, we are so appreciative for all of your kindness & well wishes. Not an easy day but we’re getting thru it together [sic],” she tweeted at the time.
