He’s always been a bit of hero in our eyes but Keira Knightley has this week been waxing lyrical about how Benedict Cumberbatch defended her honour against an uncouth journalist.
The star told Elle Magazine that the Sherlock actor punched the journalist in the face after he made a rude comment about her, adding that she was grateful for the 37-year-old’s friendship.
“When I saw him [Benedict] again, I said, ‘Did you punch a journalist?’ and he was like, ‘I f***ing did.’ Everybody needs a friend like that,” she said.
We won’t be getting on the wrong side of him any time soon!
