Controversial former Trump staff member to appear on Ray D’Arcy Show this week

Anthony Scaramucci is set to appear on The Ray D’Arcy Show this week.

The controversial former White House communications director, also known as ‘The Mooch’, made headlines last summer when he was fired by President Trump just days after taking up the role.

He will be joining Ray to talk about the expletive-filled, late-night phone call he made to New Yorker reporter Ryan Lizza, where he bad mouthed his White House colleagues.

The call famously led to his time in the White House being cut short, and him being outside from the role a couple days after taking the role.

‘The Mooch’ will be telling viewers what it was like to be at the centre of one of the most talked about and unexpected events in Trump’s ever-eventful presidency.

Scaramucci will also be talking about the revolving door of staff in Donald Trump’s administration  – which has seen more than a dozen high profile members of the White House and his administration leave their posts.

And he will also be telling Ray (and those tuning in to the show) about what it’s like to work for the 45th president of the United States.

  • The Ray D’Arcy Show will air this Saturday at 9:55pm on RTÉ One.
