Tennis champ Caroline Wozniacki has announced her engagement to her “soulmate”, NBA player David Lee.
The basketball player popped the question to the 27-year-old while on holidays in Bora Bora this week.
And it wasn’t too long before she shared their happy news with fans, calling it the “happiest day of my life”.
She said on social media on Friday:
“Happiest day of my life yesterday, saying yes to my soulmate.”

She was quickly flooded with well wishes and congratulations from fans and loved ones.
Lee followed it up with his own social media announcement, posting a sweet photo of the couple while on their French Polynesian vacation.
He added:
“She said YES! So thrilled to be engaged to my soulmate! ❤️?”

The pair have been linked since December 2015, but kept their relationship mostly out of the public eye.
They went public on social media earlier this year, when Caroline shared a sweet photo on Instagram stories on Valentine’s Day, thanking the NBA star for a bouquet of roses.

The former world No 1 was previously engaged to golfer Rory McIlroy in 2014.
The high-profile pair ended their engagement a few months later, days after sending out their wedding invites.
