The real reason Molly-Mae Hague doesn’t wear her engagement ring

Fans were concerned about the pair's relationship after Molly-Mae was spotted without the €600,000 diamond.

However, there's a very good reason why she doesn't always wear the ring.

According to insiders, Molly-Mae often avoids wearing her ring in public because of how valuable it is.

A source revealed to The Sun: "Molly has been really aware of flashing too much wealth following their 2021 break-in.

Molly-Mae and Tommy were victims of an €800,000 burglary in 2021, which left the reality star incredibly shaken.

"She’s had security in the past and is getting it again, especially now she always has daughter Bambi with her," they added.

The Love Island star is wary of wearing her ring in public because of her fear of being robbed again.

"Molly has seen what happened to Kim Kardashian in Paris and she doesn’t want to end up in a similar situation," the source added.

The insider said the mum has become more private because of what happened to her.

"She loves sharing her life with her fans, but just knows she has to be careful," they added.

Molly-Mae says she's immune to relationship rumours

Earlier this week, Molly-Mae addressed concerns about her relationship with boxer Tommy Fury.

The mum said having a relationship is difficult enough, but it's even harder when you're in the public eye.

She explained in a recent YouTube video that all relationships have their good and bad days, but having them play out in public is tough.

"I really don’t care about what is said about me, Tommy, my relationship, I don’t care what’s said about me, it sounds really cliché, but you do really grow a massively thick skin…

"I’m immune to it. It feels like I’m reading about someone else’s life because half the time the stuff isn’t true anyway."
