The 2014 Academy Awards had some highs and lows, tears and laughs, pizza and selfies.
While viewers were left broken-hearted for Leonardo DiCaprio missing out in the Best Actor in a Leading Role category, movie lovers around the globe were reunited in sheer delight at the 12 Years of Slave’s Lupita Nyong’o scooping the Best Supporting Actress Award.
Backstage however fellow nominee, Jennifer Lawrence, wanted to get her hands on the statuette and the pair were captured joking as J-Law pretends to prise the award from Lupita’s grip.
Ah, classic Jen. We love these ladies.
