According Met Eireann, today will be mainly dry with sunny spells and just isolated showers.
However, it will be dull or cloudy in the northeast with just a few spots of rain near coasts.
Top temperatures of 18 to 22 degrees, warmest in the east and southeast. Mostly light variable winds become west to northwesterly later.
Tonight will continue mostly dry with just a few isolated showers and some clear spells. But it will stay dull or cloudier in the north and northeast with outbreaks of rain there. Lowest temperatures 9 to 12 degrees in light to moderate northwest breezes.
Lovely and warm so, we’ll take it.
Tomorrow, Sunday, will be another mainly dry day with just isolated showers. However, it will also continue somewhat duller or cloudier in the north and northeast with outbreaks of rain. Top temperatures of 17 to 21 degrees in a light to moderate northwest breeze.
Sunday night will see little change. There’ll be a light northerly wind and it’ll be mainly dry. Once again though there is the threat of rain on the north coast and through Ulster. Lowest temperatures will be between 10 and 12 degrees.
And as for next week?
Monday will be dry with sunshine for the bulk of the country. Highest temperatures will range between 18 and 23 degrees with light variable breezes. There’s a risk of increasing cloud in the south bringing rain on to southern coasts. It’ll be mainly dry overnight.
