The Staves have been announced as the support act for Florence And The Machine’s upcoming Dublin and Belfast dates.
The What Kind Of Man star will play the 3Arena and the Odyssey Arena on September 9th and 10th and it has now been confirmed that the three-piece folk trio will also appear at both gigs.
How Big How Blue How Beautiful, Florence’s third critically acclaimed album, has topped the Irish and UK album charts following a storming set at Glastonbury.
The Staves released their latest album If I Was in March this year.
The Justin Vernon-produced album was recorded at Vernon’s studio near Eau Claire, Wisconsin, where he recorded his 2012 self-titled Bon Iver LP. The album has received a great reception from fans and critics and features in Stereogum’s 50 Best Albums of the Year so far.
Tickets for the Dublin gig are now on sale from Ticketmaster at €45.
