Le Galaxie And Leon Bridges Among New Acts Announced For Longitude

Le Galaxie, Carl Craig, Cashmere Cat and Leon Bridges are among the latest acts to be added to the Longitude line-up.

The festival takes place in Marlay Park on July 17th to 19th, with Hozier, Alt-J and The Chemical Brothers headlining the three-day event.

Le Galaxie recently released their highly-anticipated, major label debut Le Club, bursting with shimmering electronica tracks and rhythmic sequences, and have become of the country’s most reliable live acts.

Prolific techno producer Carl Craig will headline the Red Bull Music Academy, with Norwegian producer Cashmere Cat who has become a pop mega force in just a matter of months. His single With Me premiered with Zane Lowe on BBC Radio One and was followed by the release of Wedding Bells, his debut vinyl EP, and smash hit single Adore feat. Ariana Grande.

American gospel and soul singer Leon Bridgeswho featured on last night’s Later… With Jools Holland and recently sold-out New York City’s Mercury Ballroom in just one minute, will also make an appearance, alongside Australian singer-songwriter Josef Salvat, who first captured attention with his version of fRihanna’s Diamonds.

London electro pop newcomers Haelos, handpicked by Radio 1 as a Next Hype act, make up the new additions with All Tvvins, Brame, EMBRZ, Frank B, Jeremy Underground, Wife, Shane Linehan, Hubie Davison, Niall D’Arcy, John Daly, Faune, 4Wrd Grad, Contour and Lee Kelly.
