It’s cheaper than renting a house in Dublin, anyway.
Love them or hate them, it’s a plush property. Imagine strolling down the road and bumping into Prince George while he’s out for a stroll with Prince William.
It would be a bit mental, but it looks like it could happen if you rent this property where the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge live.
You never know, you might even be invited over for Margaritas one Saturday night.
The house is next door to Kate and Will’s country home in west Norfolk and is named Amner Hall. It’s part of the Sandringham Estate and weirdly enough, it’s cheaper than renting a house out in Dublin.
The property is going for £700 (€759) per month, however it’s unfurnished so you will have to add in your own bits and pieces.
The end-of-terrace house has two bedrooms, a large garden and off-road parking. Looking at the picture, it’s quite a cute place to live.
Sandringham Estate notes to “please be aware that this property has steep stairs,” so you know… you’ll have to deal with that.
One other thing; if you own a cat then you can’t live there. The estate has a strict no cat policy, however if you’re a dog owner you’re good to move in as canines will be welcomed on a “house by house basis.”
