A new UK start-up has designed a tech tool to help you monitor your Kegel muscles.
The Elvie – a Bluetooth enabled egg inserted into the vagina that tracks the strength of muscle contractions through motion sensors – is the brainchild of the Chiaro company.
Taking your fitness to the most personal training you’ll ever embark on, the tracker includes five minute exercises to test your strength to see if you’re clench makes the cut.
There’s also a game where you need to keep a ball bouncing on the associated app by contracting and releasing on time.
There’s even a handy video below to explain the product in all its finer glory – but be prepared to hand over some cash for the clench perfecting technique at each unit costing £150 per person.
