Easter may be over, but there’s a brand new trendy treat lurking behind the counter of Starbucks.
The Unicorn Frappuccino is a pink and purple fruity creation that is currently blowing up on Instagram; not only because it’s new and inspired by everyone’s favourite one-horned fairytale creature, but also because it mysteriously morphs when you stir it:
“Like its mythical namesake, the Unicorn Frappuccino blended crème comes with a bit of magic, starting as a purple beverage with swirls of blue and a first taste that is sweet and fruity,” Starbucks said in a statement.
“But give it a stir and its color changes to pink, and the flavor evolves to tangy and tart. The more swirl, the more the beverage’s color and flavors transform.”

No word yet as to whether Starbucks will be rolling the Unicorn Frappuccino out on this side of the pond, but if you find one, make sure you see a dentist after indulging.
