Are you still scoffing away at the Christmas pudding? (Don’t worry we won’t tell!)
If you are looking for a quick and easy dessert for today’s dinner (and a way to use up the rest of that pudding, because you know, enough is enough!), you might want to crack open the Baileys.
By adding this yummy sauce (and serving the whole thing with a side of Baileys coffee!), you have just taken your leftover pud to a whole new level.
Baileys syrup sauce
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp Baileys Original Irish Cream
- 1 tbsp butter
Method
1. Heat the honey, Baileys and butter in a small pan until melted.
2. Brush the Baileys syrup over the pudding.
3. Add redcurrants and holly to serve.
