Westworld has released its first full-length trailer for season two and OMG

Keeley Ryan

We’ve gotten our first look at the new worlds.

Westworld’s hotly anticipated second season is just a few weeks away and we’ve still got dozens upon dozens of questions.

And now that HBO have released the first full length trailer for the series, well…we’ve still got a lot of questions, to be honest.

But we’re kind of okay with that. Especially since we’ve gotten our first look at Shogun world.

Set to a cover of Nirvana’s Heart Shaped Box by Ramin Djawadi, the new footage briefly touches on the loose ends from he season one finale.

Bernard is still having a tough time coping with the discovery of what he really is, while Dolores works to convince him of the beauty – and strength – of all of the hosts.

Teddy is showing concern that he and Dolores have “ridden for 10 miles” and all they’ve seen is bloodshed.

Meanwhile, Maeve is going to great lengths to try and find her daughter – even though she may not even be real.

There isn’t much of a look at Shogun World, which was first hinted at the season one finale, but it’s already got us pretty excited.

It all ends on a bit of a chilling note, with Bernard saying:

“You frighten me sometimes, Dolores.”

Smiling back at him, she asks:

“Why on earth would you ever be frightened of me?”

The second season of the highly acclaimed HBO sci-fi drama debuts in North America on April 22.
