Episode nine is out now!
Chronic.
Absolutely chronic.
During last night’s Love Island, Danny and Yewande had a bit of a moment where it looked as if they were going to call it quits.
Maura told Danny he should just cop the fuck on and get rid of Yewande, but then Yewande decided that she was going to sit with her legs between Danny’s and kiss him a bit, so they seemed to be back on track.
That was, until, Arabella decided that she still wanted to pursue things with Danny and said that she didn’t really believe the whole kiss situation was genuine.
Awkward.
And during tonight’s episode, things are only set to get even more awkward when Yewande decides to interrupt a conversation between Danny and Arabella by plonking herself down on his knees.
Not his lap.
His knees.
Please revert to this photographic evidence.
Yewande says to Michael and Amber: “I’m going to go down there and be affectionate.”
She then lands over, sits on him, and says “I’m going to sit on you because I want to.”
C’mon girl, please it cooler than that, at least.
Later on, Arabella calls Yewande out on her new found affectionate behaviour, saying the following, and absolutely solidifying herself as 100 percent going to tread on Yewande’s toes.
“Today, both of us were saying that we can’t deny a connection,” says Arabella, about herself and Danny.
“So, from my point of view I think he is telling you one thing and me one thing. He feels that he still wants to get to know me. Earlier I was chatting with him on the bean bags and you just came and sat on him. I just feel like it’s a bit territorial.”
Yewande then says: “I feel like if I am coupled up with someone and I want to sit on them then I can.”
To which Arabella responds: “Do you not think you’re going from nought to 150?”
“I don’t think sitting on someone’s leg is me going from zero to 150,” replies Yewande.
P A I N F U L, L A D S.
Anyway, tune in tonight to watch all of this stupid awkwardness unfold.
Can’t wait.
