A sequel has just been confirmed for one of the top films of 2017

Director M. Night Shyamalan has confirmed that there's to be a sequel for his hit film Split. He's been teasing film fans with what he's working on next, and he finally took to Twitter to confirm what we'd all been hoping for - a sequel to both Unbreakable and Split! If you've seen Split (or if you haven't and don't care to have it spoilt), you'll remember that it turns out James McAvoy's beastly villain is actually a part of the same movie world where Bruce Willis' indestructible hero from Unbreakable resides. From there, we'll let Mr Shyamalan fill you in.
