The actor like you’ve never seen him before.
Focusing on behind-the-scenes footage from Jim’s iconic 1999 film “Man on the Moon“, the documentary unveils footage that allegedly Universal didn’t want to ever surface.
Winning a golden globe for the complex character Jim played in the film, little did the world know, the extremes he actually went to, to play the character. Jim & Andy: The Great Beyond, focuses on Jim’s life during the film and immediately after, as he tries to re-enter the normal world and break his new found persona.
The film has received incredible reviews since hitting Netflix last Friday, with Rotten Tomatoes giving it a very rare 100 percent review.
Here is what people are saying…
Loved the Jim & Andy documentary on Netflix. A fascinating look at what happens when someone completely immerses themselves into a character(s)Jim Carey has always been one of my heroes and this has highlighted why! I recommend this for any actor to watch.
