A mum has been labeled “repulsive” after she was accused of photoshopping a photo of her four-year-old daughter – where social media users claimed she made her bum look bigger.
Real Housewives of Atlanta’s Kim Zolciak-Biermann faced the accusations after she shared a photo of her twins, Kaia and Kane.
The seemingly sweet post also included a video of the two children, and a photo of Kaia giving her brother a kiss on the cheek.
She wrote alongside it:
“Have you ever seen a cuter duo. #29MinutesApart #KaiaWasBornFirst #TwinsRunOnMyMomsSide #MiniKimMiniKroy.”
But eagle-eyed fans noticed that Zolciak-Biermann’s eldest daughter, Brielle, had previously posted the same photo – but that Kaia’s body looked different.

A fan account shared the two versions of the photo side-by-side, claiming that the reality TV star had photoshopped the little girl’s body.
They claimed that she had made her daughter’s nose smaller and her bum bigger.
Zolciak-Biermann’s initial post has gotten more than 1,500 comments, with some people claiming she had changed her daughter’s appearance and branding her “sick” and “repulsive”.
Several people accused her of “sexualising” her youngest daughter.

Others, meanwhile, claimed that they were not able to see a change in the version of the photo that the mum-of-six shared.
