If only.
Perrie Edwards has given devastated Little Mix fans a slight glimmer of hope after she joked about calling off the band’s break-up.
The trio are set to take a hiatus, 10 years after being the first group to win The X Factor. They are currently touring for the last time with their Confetti Tour and their final performance will take place on Saturday.
A Little Mix fan took to Twitter to share a clip from a London performance, showing Perrie Edwards ask the crowd: “Shall we just call off the hiatus?”
Her question was met with a deafening cheer from the audience.
Jade Thirwall then responded: “Don’t tempt me! I think we should…”

Earlier this week, the singers gave their final interview on The One Show.
Asked by fans what they would miss most about being in a band, Thirlwall said: “Oh gosh, don’t start me off, I’m already emotional. Everything, honestly everything.
Holding back the tears, she continued: “We do genuinely spend all of our time together, so I think we’ll just miss that – each other’s company and being on stage together.
“That sisterhood is always going to stay obviously but I’ll miss them being next to me 24/7. We honestly cry laughing every day.
“We’re honestly so unbelievably grateful for all of the support we’ve had and we’ve really felt that on this tour and we will feel it at the last show. That’s going to be special.
“We still pinch ourselves even now that we’ve got to this point in our career.”
Looking to the future, she added: “No matter what we do going forwards, we’ve got each other to support each other through that.
“This is all we’ve known. Our whole adult lives, we’ve been in this group together, supporting each other, and that’s not going to change once we start doing our own thing in the future.”
