Perrie Edwards has revealed her son’s full name and it’s so sweet.
Celebrity mums often opt for more unique and diverse baby names, including singer Perrie Edwards. The Little Mix star welcomed her first child, a baby boy, in August 2021. The singer decided to call her baby boy Axel but has since revealed her son’s ‘real’ name.
She revealed his name is actually inspired by his dad Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain.
Perrie was responding to fan questions on Instagram when she confirmed her son is called Axel Xander like ‘Alexander’.
Perrie explained, “His name is Axel Xander. Like his dadda Alexander.”
The Black Magic singer gave birth to baby Axel in August 2021. She announced her baby boy’s arrival on Instagram after giving birth on August 21st.

Perrie has often spoken out about the realities of being a mum and said she often relies on the parenting forum Mumsnet to ease her worries.
She explained that the forum has helped her feel less alone, especially during the early years of motherhood.
She told MailOnline: “It’s helped me not to feel alone because it’s like you’ve got loads of women there who are in the same boat and they all just get it.
Perrie said the community has really lifted her during the harder parts of motherhood.
“It’s so nice. I love it,” she said.
