It was the bromance of the century.
Barack Obama and Joe Biden gave us all the feels while they were in office in the US.
The former president and his VP were closer than ever, and since leaving The White House, many a meme has been made about them:
“Obama seen kite surfing with Richard Branson”
Biden: Hello is this the Branson residence?
Guy: yes
Biden: Tell Richard to watch his back! pic.twitter.com/m13EAS4ZEx— Barack & Joe (@Barack_and_Joe) February 11, 2017
Biden: I think it’s clear I should get custody of Barack
Michelle: He’s my Husband Joe
Biden: Ugh fine I’ll take him weekends. Final offer pic.twitter.com/wyGpZAaoRe

This week, Joe was spotted travelling around Ireland.
Since his ancestors emigrated from Mayo in the early 1800s, Joe decided to go on a quick trip to the west to take a look at the family home.
He came back to Dublin today, and visited Trinity, to see the sights of the college.

According to the university, the former Vice President went in to see the Book of Kells and The Long Room.
So if you’re out and about in the city, keep an eye out for Joe (and tell him we love him!).
