Kanye West has been announced as the headliner for Saturday night at this year’s Glastonbury festival.
Event organiser Emily Eavis shared the news on Twitter this evening, posting:
We are thrilled to let you know we have the one and only Kanye West headlining Saturday night on the Pyramid stage!

The rapper will join The Foo Fighters and Lionel Richie, who have also been confirmed to take to the stage over the festival weekend.
Other acts tipped to appear at Worthy Farm include Florence and the Machine, Coldplay and even Oasis, now that the Gallagher brothers are back talking.
